Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.


Returning Condition

The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging.


Sale Items

Item(s) marked as "sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.


Return Shipping

Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. P&H Mall takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by P&H Mall.


Refund Request

To request a refund, you have the following options

  • Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. You can find our contact information here.
  • If you purchased items as an user with us, please login and check 'My Order' to request return.
  • If you purchased items as a guest with us, please enter your order number here to request return.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.


Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.00. For orders under $75.00, a flat rate shipping fee of $35.00 will be applied. Please allow 10-21 business days for processing and delivery.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We may request photos or other documentation to assist with the return process.
